While all content outlined in this agreement is pertaining to all of Grind Mode Media, LLC’s services/sites (including Grindmodepress.com), this section expounds upon the agreement and is specifically pertaining to Grind Mode Press, but not limited to (as all content in this agreement that is set forth), is also applicable to Grind Mode Press and all subsidiaries of Grind Mode Media):
 
All content provided by users in press releases must be factual, and free from any derogatory information.  No nudity, no infringement, no profanity, no racism, no bigotry or unconfirmed information.  Grind Mode Press & all of its subsidiaries will not be held liable for any of the content submitted by users of Grind Mode Press.  Accountability and liability will be the sole responsibility of the user.  If you have paid a fee for this service and have broken any of the rules set forth here, you will forfeit the remaining funds (due to inconvenience and embarrassment) and your account will be immediately terminated and your press release(s) or OPK will be removed from the Grind Mode Press website (NO EXCEPTIONS), and no refund will be awarded to you for breaking the implemented rules.  
 
All sales are final on all press releases that are on a monthly or per release basis.  No refund will be granted.
 
Monthly package may be cancelled at anytime for a partial refund for the days that were not used, with no risk or contract.  For yearly packages, we are offering a full 30-day refund (from date of purchase) if you are not completely satisfied with the service.  This refund request must be in writing and sent to grindmodepress@gmail.com, with the subject \'REFUND\' in the subject bar. 
 
 
If you have paid tri-monthly, or montly press releases, you may cancel and be given the remaining amount  left on your account, back, however, you will be considered a monthly user, and your refund back will be based upon the deduction of the monthly price—you will be refunded back unused monies with Grind Mode Press collecting the monthly amount from you (example:  If you have signed up for 3 month and have paid 3 months in advance, but opt to cancel after the 2nd month, Grind Mode Press will charge you whatever the monthly price is for both months used—since you have not used the 3 months, and will refund  whatever money is left over, after paying for the per month rate—you will have to pay for 2 months at regular monthly rate—package pricing will become null and void, if you terminate early, and monthly payment will be immediately put into effect.  While Grind Mode Press provides its users with a free trial period, Grind Mode Press may at anytime cancel its Free Trial option with no warning or prior notice and users will have to just choose from packages and render payment immediately, in order to begin or continue using the Grind Mode Press services.

Free trial period is based on artist OPK basic, and given so that users will be able to decide if Grind Mode Press appropriately suits their needs.  After the 10th day, your account will be charged the current rate of the OPK Basic.
 
Free trial is offered in the form of the Grind Mode Press Basic Package only.
 
All OPK packages are recurring unless otherwise specified, and will renew each year on anniversary date, unless you cancel prior.  No e-mail or letter will be sent out pertaining to the recurring payment, and payment will automatically be deducted each time of initial set up.
 
Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC is not held liable for any materials sent out, and how they appear in the inbox of its recipients.  Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC warns users to use service at their own risk, though the site has been thoroughly tested and all measures have been taken to give to its users a problem-free service, Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC will not be held liable for mishaps, downtime of the site (which would be a server issue and is unavoidable), and any other problems that may occur with the service.
 
This service is non-transferable, and the user who uses the service, must be the person who either signed up, or represents the person who is signed up for the service.  Grind Mode Media, LLC will not be held liable for people who sign up for accounts, and they are not the account holder.
 
All users MUST own the rights to the music; videos and lyrics used in their OPK, or have expressed permission to use the materials on their behalf - there is NO exceptipon to this. 
 
Although these overall terms have stated that there is not to be any spamming of any sort, Grind Mode Press would like to reiterate that here.  Absolutely no spamming will be tolerated, and if complaints are filed about user of Grind Mode Press services, your account will be immediately terminated, and no refund shall be given.
 
No submitting a press release or OPK without express permission from the subject referenced in the either the press release or OPK (online press kit).
 
No creating a press release or OPK without the express permission from the subject referenced.
 
Eligibility:
 
1. Use and membership of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries requires that any registration information is truthful and accurate and that the accuracy of said information will be maintained by the user.
 
2. In the use of content or services provided by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries you shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.
 
3.  Due to occasional adult themed content you must be at least 15 years of age to access *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ content.  Should *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries find that you are under 15 years of age your membership and access will be terminated.  The use of chat rooms where applicable, is exclusively for those over 18 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Term:
 
This agreement will remain in force for the duration of your use of services and content.  You may terminate your use and / or membership of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries and related content at any time.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to terminate your membership or use of our services or content at any time without prior notice.  Following termination of the service you will still be bound to the terms of this agreement.
 
Fees and cost:
 
*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to charge for the use of its services at its discretion.  No refund will be permitted to those whose use or membership has been terminated by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  The user is liable for any applicable taxes for hardware. Software, service and any other costs you may incur in connection with the use or access of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.
 
Password:
 
The confidentiality of any passwords use to access or use *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries material is your sole responsibility and you agree not to use the name, password or any other details relating to that of another user at any time.  You are solely responsible for your use and access of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services and *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any problems stemming from the breaking of this agreement.
 
Use of service:
 
Content and services are intended for the personal use of members only and may not be used for commercial endeavors other than those sanctioned by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  Illegal use of services, content and information is prohibited.  Commercial advertisements, links and other solicitations may be removed from profiles without notice and may result in the termination of membership.  Appropriate legal action will be taken for misuse of services by users.
 
*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services are provided for users to build relationships as part of a community of like-minded users and not for exploitation.  If you cannot adhere to the rules of use you should end your use and accessing of the services and content that is provided immediately. 
 
Ownership:
 
*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries does not claim ownership or responsibility for text, images, photos, video, sounds or any other materials posted by users.  Any content posted to *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries by users remains the province of the user that posted it.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to limited use of any content posted by users for performance, modification, public display, reproduction and distribution through *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ services.

This right to limited use of content is to allow *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to continue to provide services.  Without such an agreement *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries would be unable, for example, to compress music files to satisfy technical needs while without public performance requirements *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries would be unable to allow other members to access and listen to music posted to *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  This agreement is not exclusive (you can license your content to anyone else alongside *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries), royalty free (*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries is not required to pay you for the use of content that you post),  sub licensable (So *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries can use affiliates such as delivery networks to provide services) and worldwide.  This agreement will terminate once the content is removed from *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  This agreement does not give *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries the right to sell your content or distribute it outside of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ services.
 
All users confirm and warrant that they own content posted on or through *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or have the right to grant license to post said material.  The posting of content should not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contract rights or any other rights of another person.  You agree to pay any royalties, fees and other monies owing to another person for reason of your posting of content to *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.
 
*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services remain under the ownership of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries although *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries grants the limited right for users to reproduce and display *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content solely for the purposes of using or accessing said content.  You may not modify, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform or any other way misuse content posted by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries without the express permission of the management team.
 
Content:
 
*Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to delete any content that in *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ sole judgment is deemed offensive, illegal or violates the rights, harms or threatens the safety of another person.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries assumes no responsibility for the monitoring or removal of content that it deems inappropriate or conduct that is deemed by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to break the terms of this agreement, although *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to such monitoring and removal at its discretion.  
 
You are solely responsible for any content that is posted on or through the use of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries does not endorse or have control of content posted by users and any content does not necessarily reflect the opinion or policy of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries makes no warranties for the accuracy or reliability of content posted on or through its services.
 
Editorials, reviews and other material posted by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries are deemed ‘opinion only’ and *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries shall under no circumstances be held liable for the opinions expressed therein, in accordance to Freedom of Speech.  
 
Advertising content are the sole responsibility of the advertisers and *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries will not be held liable for the content, but will do their best to make sure that content is acceptable.
 
All competitions and specials are the sole responsibility of its owners and creators of the contests and while *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries will do everything in their power to ensure these are screened appropriately they will not be held liable for inconvenience, damage or other difficulty that arises from participation in any contest.  All material is to be rendered by the owner of the competition or the special, and *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries will not be bound to supply any materials to anyone—so if you have entered a *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries contest or special, then you will have to take up any problems with the company or individual who has implemented the contest or special.
 
Prohibited activity and content:
 
The following is list is not exhaustive and provides guidelines for content or activity that is prohibited by *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries.  *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against persons who, in *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ sole judgment, is believed to be in violation of this provision.  Prohibited content is inclusive of but not limited to that, which in the sole judgment of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries:
 
1. Is patently offensive and promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm whether physical or mental against any group or individual.
 
2. Advocates the harassment or harasses any group or person.
 
3. Is sexually or violently exploitative.
 
4.  Contains nudity, violence or offensive content or links to a site that is adult in content or relates to offensive content.
 
5. Solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
 
6. Provides personal details including email addresses, postal addresses or telephone numbers.
 
7. Promotes false, illegal, abusive, threatening obscene or libelous information.
 
8. Promotes the illegal use or copying of any person’s copyrighted work.
 
9. Involves the sending of junk mail, chain letters or any other type of unsolicited mass mailing including ‘spamming.’
 
10. Contains restricted or password protected material.
 
11. Promotes or furthers any criminal activity.
 
12. Involves commercial activities such as sales, advertising, pyramid schemes or contests without consent from the *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries management team. 
 
13. Includes photographs or images posted without subject’s consent.
 
14. Uses misleading or deceptive content to draw attention to the content posted by a user.
 
15. The sending of harmful files.
 
16. Covering or obscuring banner advertisements on your or any other page.
 
17. Any automated use of the *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries system.
 
18. Creating unnecessary burden or interference with the *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries systems.
 
19. Impersonating another user, member, employee of *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or any other person.
 
20. Selling or transferring of your profile.
 
21. Using any information gained from *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to harass, abuse or in any way harm another person.
 
22. Using *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to gain significant payment for any service or performance of a commercial nature.
 
23.  Using *Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or its services in a manner that violates any applicable laws and regulations.

If you have paid tri-monthly, or montly press releases, you may cancel and be given the remaining amount left on your account, back, however, you will be considered a monthly user, and your refund back will be based upon the deduction of the monthly price—you will be refunded back unused monies with Grind Mode Press collecting the monthly amount from you (example: If you have signed up for 3 month and have paid 3 months in advance, but opt to cancel after the 2nd month, Grind Mode Press will charge you whatever the monthly price is for both months used—since you have not used the 3 months, and will refund whatever money is left over, after paying for the per month rate—you will have to pay for 2 months at regular monthly rate—package pricing will become null and void, if you terminate early, and monthly payment will be immediately put into effect. While Grind Mode Press provides its users with a free trial period, Grind Mode Press may at anytime cancel its Free Trial option with no warning or prior notice and users will have to just choose from packages and render payment immediately, in order to begin or continue using the Grind Mode Press services. Free trial period is based on artist OPK basic, and given so that users will be able to decide if Grind Mode Press appropriately suits their needs. After the 10th day, your account will be charged the current rate of the OPK Basic. Free trial is offered in the form of the Grind Mode Press Basic Package only. All OPK packages are recurring unless otherwise specified, and will renew each year on anniversary date, unless you cancel prior. No e-mail or letter will be sent out pertaining to the recurring payment, and payment will automatically be deducted each time of initial set up. Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC is not held liable for any materials sent out, and how they appear in the inbox of its recipients. Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC warns users to use service at their own risk, though the site has been thoroughly tested and all measures have been taken to give to its users a problem-free service, Grind Mode Press and Grind Mode Media, LLC will not be held liable for mishaps, downtime of the site (which would be a server issue and is unavoidable), and any other problems that may occur with the service. This service is non-transferable, and the user who uses the service, must be the person who either signed up, or represents the person who is signed up for the service. Grind Mode Media, LLC will not be held liable for people who sign up for accounts, and they are not the account holder. All users MUST own the rights to the music; videos and lyrics used in their OPK, or have expressed permission to use the materials on their behalf - there is NO exceptipon to this. Although these overall terms have stated that there is not to be any spamming of any sort, Grind Mode Press would like to reiterate that here. Absolutely no spamming will be tolerated, and if complaints are filed about user of Grind Mode Press services, your account will be immediately terminated, and no refund shall be given. No submitting a press release or OPK without express permission from the subject referenced in the either the press release or OPK (online press kit). No creating a press release or OPK without the express permission from the subject referenced. Eligibility: 1. Use and membership of Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries requires that any registration information is truthful and accurate and that the accuracy of said information will be maintained by the user. 2. In the use of content or services provided by Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries you shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. 3. Due to occasional adult themed content you must be at least 15 years of age to access Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ content. Should Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries find that you are under 15 years of age your membership and access will be terminated. Password: The confidentiality of any passwords use to access or use Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries material is your sole responsibility and you agree not to use the name, password or any other details relating to that of another user at any time. You are solely responsible for your use and access of Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services and Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any problems stemming from the breaking of this agreement. Use of service: Content and services are intended for the personal use of members only and may not be used for commercial endeavors other than those sanctioned by Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries. Illegal use of services, content and information is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, links and other solicitations may be removed from profiles without notice and may result in the termination of membership. Appropriate legal action will be taken for misuse of services by users. Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services are provided for users to build relationships as part of a community of like-minded users and not for exploitation. If you cannot adhere to the rules of use you should end your use and accessing of the services and content that is provided immediately. Ownership: Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries does not claim ownership or responsibility for text, images, photos, video, sounds or any other materials posted by users. Any content posted to Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries by users remains the province of the user that posted it. Without such an agreement Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries would be unable, for example, to compress music files to satisfy technical needs while without public performance requirements Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries would be unable to allow other members to access and listen to music posted to Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries. This agreement is not exclusive (you can license your content to anyone else alongside Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries), royalty free (Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries is not required to pay you for the use of content that you post), sub licensable (So Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries can use affiliates such as delivery networks to provide services) and worldwide. This agreement will terminate once the content is removed from Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries. This agreement does not give Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries the right to sell your content or distribute it outside of Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries’ services. All users confirm and warrant that they own content posted on or through Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or have the right to grant license to post said material. The posting of content should not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contract rights or any other rights of another person. You agree to pay any royalties, fees and other monies owing to another person for reason of your posting of content to Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries. Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content and services remain under the ownership of Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries although Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries grants the limited right for users to reproduce and display Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries content solely for the purposes of using or accessing said content. Involves the sending of junk mail, chain letters or any other type of unsolicited mass mailing including ‘spamming.’ 10. Contains restricted or password protected material. 11. Promotes or furthers any criminal activity. 12. Involves commercial activities such as sales, advertising, pyramid schemes or contests without consent from the Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries management team. 13. Includes photographs or images posted without subject’s consent. 14. Uses misleading or deceptive content to draw attention to the content posted by a user. 15. The sending of harmful files. 16. Covering or obscuring banner advertisements on your or any other page. 17. Any automated use of the Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries system. 18. Creating unnecessary burden or interference with the Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries systems. 19. Impersonating another user, member, employee of Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or any other person. 20. Selling or transferring of your profile. 21. Using any information gained from Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to harass, abuse or in any way harm another person. 22. Using Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries to gain significant payment for any service or performance of a commercial nature. 23. Using Grind Mode Media, LLC & its Subsidiaries or its services in a manner that violates any applicable laws and regulations.
